Each year, Chatham County Elementary and Middle School students participate in reading quiz bowls that are patterned after the Georgia Library Media Association’s Georgia Children’s Book Awards Quiz Bowl. Students read selections from the Georgia Book Awards nominees list and compete against other schools in their area or level for trophies and medals.
