Culinary Arts

In the Culinary Arts program, you’ll gain practical experience in the kitchen while studying the business of cost control, sanitation and safety, menu and beverage management, nutrition, and kitchen management. You’ll learn to produce food quickly and in quantity while working with others.

In addition, the Georgia Deparment of Education adpoted the American Culinary Federation Foundation (ACFF) Secondary Certification (School Accreditation) for the  Culinary Pathway Industry Certification (IC). This provides us with the highest National Culinary Accreditation possible, while also offering our students a direct credit and link to the American Culindary Federation (ACF) Program. This allows students  to enter the Food Service Industry directly while earning a Nationally recognized Apprenticeship, the highest in the Country.
