SCCPSS 2007 Quiz Bowl Winners

Each year, Savannah-Chatham County elementary and middle school students participate in reading quiz bowls patterned after the Georgia Library Media Association’s Georgia Children’s Book Awards Quiz Bowl. Students read selections from the Georgia Book Awards nominees list and compete against other schools in their area for trophies and medals.
This year teams from middle and elementary schools participated in three levels: Middle School, Intermediate and Primary. The Middle School Quiz Bowl was held at DeRenne Middle School. The Elementary schools' bowls were divided into Central, East and West Zones. The results were as follows:
