For 50 years now, the doors of Sarah Mills Hodge Preparatory Academy have been open and serving elementary school children from all walks of life in the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.  Now it’s time to say thank-you to all who have contributed or had any part in educating the students who are attending or have ever attended the educational facility.

On Sunday, September 16, 2007 at 5:00 p.m., Hodge Elementary’s PTA (Parent, Teacher Association) will host the 50th Anniversary Kick-Off celebration in the school’s gymnasium.  The event will feature the Mass Production Gospel Choir, Director, J. Vernard Flowers, in concert.
