The School Council of West Chatham Middle School will hold a special meeting at the school on 800 Pine Barren Road Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 11:30 a.m.   The purpose of the meeting is to consider principal candidates for the 2008-2009 school year.   

The A+ Education Reform Act of 2000 established school councils in the State of Georgia to provide advice, recommendations, and assistance to principals and local boards of education. The law details the composition of the council, its responsibilities, and procedures for conducting business.
