On Thursday, May 22, 2008, the Woodville-Tompkins Technical and Career Institute will reach another milestone as they remove the wall inside the facility in a wall-busting ceremony to signify the ending of phase I construction and the beginning phase II.
Phase II of the Woodville-Tompkins Technical and Career Institute will focus on Culinary Arts, Cosmetology, Logistics and Transportation and Engineering and CAD.
After Phase II construction is completed Woodville-Tompkins will have a new culinary arts lab, student café, student run bank, front desk counter, firefighter/public safety classroom, CISCO lab, remodeled manufacturing lab, cosmetology classroom, functioning student run salon lab, counselors suite, student center and gift shop, hotel lab with hotel rooms, conference rooms, banking and financial labs and classrooms, hotel management classrooms and two medical services classrooms and labs.
