Answer to all questions:
Board of Education Policy GAEB (Harassment), Administrative Regulation GAEB-R (Harassment), Policy KN (Complaints) and Policy GAIA (Solicitations by Staff) may all provide information that may be helpful.
Administrative Regulation GAEB-R states “Employees are encouraged to speak up at the first instance of improper harassment to advise the offending co-employee that they deem the conduct and actions harassing. Employees should review the "What to Do About Harassment in the Workplace" booklet. Employees who believe that they have been improperly harassed based on their sex, race, religion, national origin, age or disability should report the behavior to their site administrator or to the Executive Director of Human Resources. Complaints should address and answer the following questions as far as possible.”

The Code of Ethics for Educators is shown in Exhibit GBU-E(1) in the Board Policy Manual. The Code of Ethics includes a section about educators’ responsibility for reporting any breach of the Standards in the Code of Ethics.
