Biography: Lori has lived in Savannah for over 40 years. She was born in Beaufort, South Carolina and her family moved to Savannah when she was an infant. She is married to a local contractor and has two children who attended and graduated from our local public schools.
Lori is currently in her third term and has served as Vice President and Vice President pro tempore of the Board. Lori has served as the Board's legislative liaison, working diligently with other elected officials on educational initiatives, for three years. She has also served on many community boards such as the Intergovernmental Council, Youth Futures Authority, and the Chatham Urban Transportation Study Committee/Citizens Advisory Committee. She is also a Leadership Savannah graduate and a Georgia School Boards Association Leadership graduate. |
