The winners will receive an invitation to the state Reflections Reception to be held on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at North Atlanta High School.  Invitations will be mailed directly to the students.  Below is the list of winners in Visual Arts. The list DOES NOT provide the order in which the students placed. This information will not be released until the reception.
