Appointments with Teachers
Parents are asked to set up conferences with teachers during their planning time.  Outside of planning, teachers are expected to monitor and provide instruction to students.  The following are grade level planning times: 

If circumstances do not permit you to meet at the above times, please call the office so that we can make other arrangements.

Signing Out Students Early
Effective immediately, for the safety and protection of our students, parents are asked to provide identification when signing students out early. 

Morning Drop Off
Staff members are stationed outside in the mornings to assist parents when dropping students off for school.  Please follow the directions of the persons on duty by driving to directed drop off point in the center of the drive way.  Parents are asked to wait until the car in front is unloaded before moving, and to not drive around a car while it is being unloaded for the safety of students and the persons on duty.

Student Identification
Students must wear their identification cards at all times.  Consequences will be provided to students who do not wear identification cards.
