Cougars range throughout much of the United States and are called different names (puma, catamount, mountain lion, screamer, panther to name a few!) depending on the region they are found.  Solitary and stealthy, these cats prey mostly on deer and small mammals. Oatland has two cougars on exhibit. Be patient when looking for them, as they blend in exceptionally well with their natural surroundings.
