This Gadsden bulldog has something to brag about. Third grader, Kanu Clayton is the winner of WTOC's St. Patrick's Day Coloring Contest, as selected from thousands of entries. In recognition of his outstanding artistic talent at such a young age, 8-year old Kanu Clayton will have the honor of greening the fountain at Forsyth Park on Friday March 10th, as well as take home tickets to a Savannah Ghost Pirates Hockey Game, and win a skate party at Star Castle. We can confidently say that Kanu's talents didn't fall far from the tree. "I told him you live in a time where you can find everything on the internet, so go and listen to the stories about St. Patrick. He then came back with this awesome idea of putting St. Patrick in the fountain of Savannah," says his mother, Tamu Clayton, who is also the Art Teacher at Robert W. Gadsden Elementary School. Look and listen for his interview on WTOC News 11.
