The Athletic Department of the Savannah-Chatham
County Public Schools strives to maintain and promote a comprehensive athletic
program which provides opportunities for all students. The district athletic department embraces an
obligation to reach the highest level of success by developing student-athletes
and coaches who model high ethical standards, academic distinction and athletic
proficiency. Student-athlete development is accomplished through quality coaching,
adequate resources and an environment that fosters personal growth.
It is our overall goal to provide an environment that will allow all involved to have positive relationships, all-around growth and good citizenship qualities.
