SCCPSS Purchasing Department has partnered with Bonfire Interactive an online procurement portal that allows vendors to receive electronic notifications for ITB and RFP opportunities that originate from the Purchasing Department. 

To conduct business with us, all vendors must follow established operating procedures and complete their registration through the SCCPSS Bonfire Interactive Procurement Portal Procurement: 

https://sccpss.bonfirehub.com/ 

Access to District solicitations will require active registration in the portal and to be able to receive notification of bidding opportunities, download documents, and upload submittals.

Vendor Information Changes:

Please notify SCCPSS with any information changes which include change of addresses, business names, and/or contact email addresses.  Please send requested changes to purchasing@sccpss.com along with an updated W9 and any other required documents.
