Bids & RFPs

SCCPSS Purchasing Department is partnered with Bonfire Interactive to transition to an online procurement portal that allows vendors to receive electronic notifications for ITB and RFP opportunities that originate from the Purchasing Department. 

To prepare for this transition vendors are encouraged to visit and register on the SCCPSS Bonfire Interactive Portal.

Vendors can begin registering on the portal effective March 10, 2025.  Vendors must register in order to receive notification of bidding opportunities, download documents, and upload submittals.  Projects will be posted to the portal beginning April 14, 2025.

Vendor Information Changes:

Please notify SCCPSS with any information changes which include change of addresses, business names, and/or contact email addresses.  Please send requested changes to purchasing@sccpss.com along with an updated W9 and any other required documents.
