Strategic Plan 2031

Strategic Plan 2031 - Vision for the Future

What is a strategic plan?

A strategic plan is how we turn our vision for students into action. Serving as our collective roadmap, this five-year plan sets the direction for the school district, highlights our main priorities, and defines how we’ll measure progress. With this plan, we make well-informed choices about resource allocation, coordinate work across schools and departments, and remain focused on building a brighter future for every student.

Who creates the strategic plan?

The entire community – from students, staff, families, school and district leaders, elected officials, businesses, and educational partners – share their perspectives and hopes to shape the strategic plan.
