Theory of Action
If the Office of Technology and Business Systems provides modern technology infrastructure, digital resources, and security, to include reliable connectivity, devices for staff & students, and up-to-date software applications, and provides comprehensive training and professional development then principals will have the confidence to effectively use technology in their administrative and instructional practices, which will support teachers with access to real time data, reliable processes, and technology tools to create engaging and interactive teaching and learning environments which will help all students engage and experience high levels of learning.
