Hierarchy for Resolution of Concerns

The Office of School Leadership is committed to ensuring that parent and guardian concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Our goal is to provide clear, respectful, and efficient pathways for resolving issues while fostering collaboration between families and schools.

To support this commitment, concerns should first be brought to the attention of the school where the issue occurred, following the protocols outlined in Board policy (see Policy KN). These guidelines prioritize resolution at the school level whenever possible, with opportunities to escalate concerns through appropriate channels if necessary.
