Budgeting

Bud​geting Services is responsible for the myriad of tasks associated with planning, developing, presenting, monitoring, and improving the System's budget formulation and execution programs, manpower / position allocation and control systems, and student enrollment forecasting and reporting.

The department also serves as the coordinator for administration of the district’s Federal Education Rate (ERATE) program. Recent accomplishments include Government Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada (GFOA) Award for Excellence (1997) and the GFOA Distinguished Budget Presentation Award (18 consecutive years). Also the Budgeting department has been awarded the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) Meritorious Budget Award for Fiscal Years 2009-2017.

​Copies of the entire Fiscal Year Adopted Budgets are available for review at Bull Street Public Library and at the Board of Education Building, 208 Bull Street.
