Mobile Unit Health Services
Savannah Chatham County Public School System and Curtis V. Cooper Primary Health Care is committed to improving health care accessibility for students. A health care team consisting of physicians, dentists, registered nurses, and licensed social workers will provide traditional health care services to students at their school through the Mobile Healthcare Van. It is our goal to continue to support the whole-child and his/her well-being.

● Medical Services
○ Sports Physicals (Must have CVC registration and GA High School Sports Physical Packet filled out before services are rendered)
○ EED's, Well-Child Visits, Immunizations
● Dental Services
● Behavioral Health Services/Counseling
To enroll your child, you must complete the attached CVCPHC application and a general consent form.
