Annual Family Survey
Family is important to children’s success in school. This survey will assist us in planning on how best to work to include you in your child’s education in the upcoming school year. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.
All surveys may be returned to the school, or mailed to Bloomingdale Elementary School 101 East Main Street, Bloomingdale GA 31312 or completed online at https://tinyurl.com/526jdxz3 by 03/01/23. A paper copy of the survey was sent home with your student this week in case you prefer to fill it out and send it back in that way. Feel free to click the link and complete it online.
