Free public library resources are available at your local library and online anytime from home or school.
How does the Student PLAY program work?
Student PLAY gives Chatham County and Effingham County public school students free access to public library resources and services.
Students use their student/lunch number just like a library card.
The program is free and access to public library resources and services is free.

The PINES Library Access for Youth (PLAY) program gives students free access to public library materials and online resources to help them succeed in school. Live Oak Public Libraries partners with local schools to provide the PLAY program.

The PLAY program is currently available to all Pre-K through 12th grade students in Savannah-Chatham County Public School System and Effingham County Schools.
