​The Chatham County Health Department will be hosting a FREE Back To School Health Clinic on July 14, 2022 and July 28, 2022 from 8:00am - 5:00pm. This FREE Back To School Health Clinic will include Eye, Ear, Dental and Nutrition Screenings. No appointment is required.
