Friday, November 11, 2022 will be observed as Veterans Day. It is at this time the Mercer Middle School Family would like to Thank All Veterans for their service to our country and their families for the sacrifices they have made and continue to make.
Mercer Middle School will host a Veterans' Week celebration from Monday, November 7, 2022 through Friday, November 11, 2022.
11-7-2022, Monday - “Thank a Veteran Day.” Students and faculty will thank a Veteran for his or her service to their country.
11-8-2022, Tuesday - Write or read a short poem dedicated to Veterans.
11-9-2022, Wednesday - Wear red, white, blue, or purple to honor Veterans.
11-10-2022, Thursday - A special presentation on the Mercer Middle School website honoring Veterans.
11-11-2022, Friday - “Thank a Veteran on Veterans' Day.” The sacrifices made by Veterans are worthy of being thanked twice.
