GMAS EOC and AP Testing Information

REMINDER: Please review the information below if you are taking an EOC or AP Exam. Students taking AM APs should arrive to their testing site by 7:40AM and PM AP Exams by 11:40AM. Please be ready upon entering the testing location with all your supplies.
GMAS End-of-Course (EOC) and Advanced Placement (AP) exam time is HERE! Below you will find essential information that you should familiarize yourself with before April 27th. 

Important Reminders: 

  • Arrive EARLY for your exams. Exams will start PROMPTLY.  If you are late, you will NOT BE ABLE to sit for the exam that day.  
    • EOCs: If you are unable to make-up an EOC exam during the exam window, you will receive a 0 (worth 20% of your grade) until you are able to complete the required EOC exam in the fall.  
    • APs: Students should arrive to the testing location by 7:40AM for the 8AM test and 11:40AM for the 12PM test. If you are late, you will not be able to sit for the AP exam and WILL be charged $40 for the College Board unused test fee. If you miss your exam due to an unapproved reason and want to take the late exam, you will be charged for the test, plus $40.00 for the late exam fee ($137 total for all exams, except Seminar and Research - which is a $185). 
  • READ over what you need to bring on Exam Day (link above). Please be sure to bring WOODEN #2 pencils, blue or black pens, and a calculator (if applicable). A calculator will not be provided to you.
  • Know where your testing location is AHEAD of time. Teachers will receive this information on March 28th. Ask your teachers if you are unsure.  
  • AP Digital Exams will be completed on school devices. If you have a school device that you take home, it needs to come to school each day you are taking an exam CHARGED. Please bring your charger with you, just in case. (Digital Exams: AP English Lit/Comp, AP English Lang/Comp, AP Seminar, AP European History, AP Computer Science Principles, and AP World History: Modern).  
  • If you have a conflict with an EOC and AP exam, email Mrs. Hoffman ASAP (email below) with your name and the specific conflict information.
